Data Management

Our self-insured clients depend on us to provide them with accurate and timely information concerning their self-insured program. Our data management system is a state-of-the-art software package that is a masterpiece of flexibility in terms of data access and display. CRM utilizes ERIC Risk Manager v. 4.13 a SQL based data management system specifically designed for workers compensation programs. This highly sophisticated system provides our clients with a wide range of standard and customized reports that will meet the needs of the most demanding client. It is also compliant with the Department's new SIEDERS reporting requirements.

The program is structured according an enterprise model that allows for multiple levels of organizational reporting. This feature is particularly important to risk managers responsible for internal rate making or evaluating the success of loss control efforts by division.

Our self-insured clients have the ability to view up-to-the-minute claims information including payment logs, claims activity and reserve allocation. With the use of ERIC Risk Manager, CRM is able to provide our self-insured clients with accurate and timely claims cost figures organized by year/month of injury, organizational level, even injury type and we can compare these costs to past year/month performances.

Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to manage your program. We work with you to identify the reports you need and then work to provide you with timely reporting. Under most circumstances we produce our client's reports within five working days after the end of a reporting period.
